The Building
In 1954, the two-storey Hudson’s Bay building opened in the heart of Penticton, with a third floor added six years later. When the Bay moved to Cherry Lane Shopping Centre in 1985, Zellers took over the space.
Eleven years later, the building was converted to accommodate a mixture of smaller shops and services. The 2018 conversion brought a modern, contemporary style of living to this historic three-storey building.
